Got a concern with your order? We're here to help! Here's a quick and easy breakdown of our return policy:
Love it or Not?
Once your order arrives and everything's perfect, we can't offer refunds or exchanges. That's because happy customers and top-notch quality are our top priorities!
Something Broken? Not as Ordered?
No worries! Contact our friendly customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Just attach a picture of the product as it arrived, along with its tags, and we'll get things sorted.
Returning an item?
Make sure it's unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Like you just got it fresh from the garden!
Pack it securely with a copy of your original receipt and a return/exchange authorization number (we'll share this with you!).
Please note: return postage and any other charges won't be refunded.
Opened or Used Products?
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges for any used or opened products, especially those on sale. Think of it as a little thank you for trying something new!
How Long Does it Take?
Once you return a damaged item or one that doesn't match your order, allow 1-3 weeks for us to process your refund request. We'll give you a buzz when it's all done!
